New feature additions

Changes to reporting exports

Filename changes
The name of the export Excel files for the following reports have changed:
  1. Net Sales
  2. Sales Categories
  3. Items Sales
  4. Employee Sales
The filename will now have the generated date and time appended to it.

Additional columns

The following columns have been added to the Items Sales By Category report:

  1. License number
  2. Item number
  3. PLU1
  4. PLU2

The following columns have been added to the Voids report:

  1. License number
  2. Item number
  3. PLU1
  4. PLU2
  5. Employee ID
  6. Employee Number
  7. Authorized Employee ID
  8. Authorized Employee Number

  1. License number
  2. Employee ID

Single-Use Cloud Coupons

The coupon code can now have a length between 3 and 12 characters.

Removed Features

  1. None

Issues Fixed

  1. Now when exporting the Audit export report the taxes will be in the correct order. (Reference: POSCL-1921)
  2. When changing the layout of tiles on the Dashboard, the changes will be retained correctly on the next login. (Reference: POSCL-1967)
  3. The Void report export will now include the negative sales to ensure that the total matches the one from the displayed report. (Reference: POSCL-1992)
  4. The Sales categories report export total will now match the total of the displayed report. (Reference: POSCL-1993)
  5. The system will now display the appropriate error message when creating a user with an email that has already been registered. (Reference: POSCL-1971)
