This version can be installed over a previous Veloce version. 
Important: All software releases should be validated in a lab environment before installing any release into a live site. This testing should consider the customer configuration and data to ensure proper operation in any given live environment.

New feature additions

  1. Use of multiple PAX terminals on the same table.

            Multiple VelPay system can now be used on the same table to close multiple check at the same time.

  1. Use VelPay Pay at the Door

      A streamline interface allows the use of the VelPay system to process pay at the Door payments. 

      The functionality is enabled by employee function and can be found under “Point of sales control / Employees / Function files / Delivery.”

  1. Customizable tip entry screen

The VelPay system now allows for a customized, customer facing tip screen.  



The customizable prompts and tips rates are configurable under “Point of sales control / Invoice / Departments” 


The usage of the tip screen is controlled by workstation. With the option “Use Client tip entry” located under “Point of sales control / Workstation / Workstation’s setup / Invoice”

Issues Fixed

Liquor Control

  1. When using VelMIX LC, the system now allows to order and pour multiple order quantities. (Reference: LP-236)

Quebec Sales Recording Module (SRM)  

  1. Now the system will ensure that requests that are imported thru the Online Ordering Interface will not block the POS indefinitely. (Reference LP-1478)
  2. The system will now return the requested information in the case of a “GetClient” (Operation 2) call when only the street information is provided. (Reference LP-1484)

Online Ordering Interface (WebConnect)

  1. Now the system will ensure that requests that are imported thru the Online Ordering Interface will not block the POS indefinitely. (Reference LP-1478)
  2.  The system will now return the requested information in the case of a “GetClient” (Operation 2) call when only the street information is provided. (Reference LP-1484)

POS General Operation

  1. The dispatch screen will not create duplicated orders when an order modification is done. (Reference: LP-1445)
  2. When paying a client account balance, the system will now apply correct rounding to ensure that the new account balance is adjusted correctly. (Reference: LP-1525)
