VEL#030 - Error control date on POS



This problem occurs when no end of day has been done for 30 days.

Resolution: Perform multiple end of day from the Veloce Backoffice


Multiple end of day


1. Open Veloce Backoffice

2. Setup / Utilities

3. Utilities / Multiple end of day

4. At the next step, do not change the date and press OK





If you get the message: There is no day to close, do the following

Setup and Utilities
Utilities
Control file
under the tab Date
Change the last end of day date for today's date



Problem that may occur during end of day


1. If there are employees with open shifts, then you must return to the POS and do the close sales reading (Z) of the employees, because these prevent the end of day from being completed.

2. If there are open tables, you must return to the POS and close the tables before continuing the end of day process.


When employees (Shifts) and tables are closed, you can proceed with multiple end of day
