New feature additions

Added modifier and combo meals info to thee configuration export

The XML configuration export will now include the configuration of the combo meals and the configured modifier for each item. 

The additional information is exported by default. It can be disabled if required by adding the following key in the BO.INI file.

Cash Discount messaging on check

New configurable prompts are now displayed on the check and OCS when using cash discount on the  “Media type”.

Removed features

  1. The option to perform a “Voice Authorization” has been disabled by default. If you require this functionality set the option “UseVoiceAuthorization=TRUE”. (Reference: LP-2800)
  2. Banners displayed at the bottom of the Maitre’D Back-Office module have been removed. (Reference: LP-2876)
  3. Access to the “VOID CCA Status” function now requires the employee to have the option “Modify check amount” enabled in his employee record. (Reference: LP-3194)

Issues Fixed

Reports

  1. Now the media reports will display the applied room charge folio in plain text. (Reference: LP-2619)
  2. Now the Account Receivable reports will display folio in plain text. (Reference: LP-2845)
  3. Now the Daily Consolidated System Sales Detail report will display the Gratuity information.  (Reference: LP-3104)
  4. Now the E-Global reports will display the surcharge information. (Reference: LP-3106)
  5. The surcharge information in the different reports will now show the appropriate currency sign. (Reference: LP-3131)

Back Office

  1. Now when deleting a T&A employee, all the information in the record will be deleted. (Reference: LP-878)
  2. The Invoice.XML file will now correctly include the special tax mode values. (Reference: LP-2924)
  3. The “Print Dispatcher” configuration screen now allows configuring the 30 logical printers. (Reference: LP-2935)
  4. Now the SQLBridge is compatible with TLS 1.2. (Reference: LP-3158)

POS general operations

  1. The system will now allocate the cumulated loyalty point to the local loyalty customer. (Reference: LP-1550)
  2. The system will now show the customer loyalty customer balance on the order screen even when using Restaurant Diary seating functionality. (Reference: LP-2622)
  3. Now when applying a coupon with a folio in delivery mode, the folio will be printed in plain text on the check. (Reference: LP-2695)
  4. The system now allows you to void a credit card payment on a check more than once.  (Reference: LP-2754) 
  5. Now when doing PATD Delivery,  sales are recorded to the server who opened the order when the “Validate employee” option is turned off. (Reference LP-3034)
  6. The system will now print the EFT receipt using the configured options in the Back-Office.  (Reference: LP-2914)
  7. Now when using "Separate coupon by customer" will generate the required printout on the shared printers using “Compile main items". (Reference LP-2888)
  8. The system will now show the correct delivery and dispatch orders on the POS dispatch screen if the order is placed before midnight. (Reference: LP-2949) 
  9. When voiding a card payment and replacing it with Cash and then voiding the cash payment, the system will now process the void as a Cash payment. (Reference: LP-2910) 
  10. When more than one payment is applied to check, the system will remove the modify button to void the payment from the payment list screen. The user needs to touch the payment to void the payment. (Reference: LP-3195) 
  11. The system will now support cashier operation when using Cash Discount.  (Reference: LP-3218) 
  12. Now when the option “Partial Payment” is used the system will handle and apply the surcharge as expected. (Reference: LP-3035) 
  13. The system will now display the masked folio returned during the pre-authorization transaction.  (Reference: LP-3208) 

Online Ordering Interface (MDProxy)

  1. Now an order that is paid online will be displayed in the “Print Dispatcher”, if enabled. (Reference: LP-2555)
  2. Now when using multiple VAT rates in a discounted online order, the total will be calculated correctly. (Reference: LP-3155)
  3. When voiding an online order thru the interface, the system will now also void the payment associated with that order. (Reference: LP-3263)

Self-Payment Interface

  1. The system will now validate that a proper EFT interface is configured to accept transactions.  (Reference: LP-2678)
  2. Now, If the mobile printer is not configured, an error message is returned to the application. (Reference: LP-2240)

Property Management System Interface

  1. When using the Amadeus IDPMS Hotel Interface the system will now allow performing a Cancel/Reopen Check operation. (Reference: LP-2419)
  2. When using the Amadeus IDPMS Hotel Interface the service charges information is now transmitted. (Reference: LP-2716)
