This version can be installed over a previous MD 7.8 version. If you are installing this version over 7.5, you will be required to order a new license.

  1. The system will start the automatic end of the day without errors when using the SRM and PATT transactions. (Reference LP-2707)
  2. Print priority not working with the option “Compile main items". (Reference LP-2708)

  1. Delivery before might night showed the incorrect time on the dispatch screen. (Reference LP-2867)
  2. Using "Separate coupon by customer" causes incorrect printing on the shared printers using “Compile main items". (Reference LP-2887)

Issues Fixed

POS general operations

  1. Now when using the update installer, the POS will be updated and all required DLL will be installed.  (Reference: LP-2391) 
  2. When performing a recall operation in drive-thru using another employee number that the one that did the original transaction. The system will no longer initiate a day rebuilder. (Reference: LP-2297)
  3. Now when voiding a pre-authorization payment from a check, the system will not allow exiting from the payment screen without selecting another tender type. (Reference: LP-2296)

Online Ordering Interface (MDProxy)

  1. The system will now allow external orders with only cash payments to be voided, as expected. (Reference LP-2495)

Self-Payment Interface

  2. When using Self-Payment Interface on a table with multiple checks, the system was generating an error when sending the notification to the interface.  Now the notification will be sent after all the checks have been printed. (Reference: LP-2406) 
  3. The system will now use the employee name provided by the Self-Payment Interface to be printed on the check. (Reference: LP-2502)
