Certificate Installation for the
STPI service
a.
Download
the certificate file
www.velocehq.com/soft/tmc_certificate.zip
b. Un-zip the tmc_certificate.zip file
c.
Open the
Windows start menu and enter mmc and open mmc.exe
d. Click on File / Add-Remove Snap-in
e. Select
Certificates and click on Add
f. Select Computer account and press Next
Click on Finish at the next page
g. At the left side click on Certificates / Personal / Certificates
Right-click, Select All Tasks / Import…
h. At the first step press Next, and then browse the certificate file you unzipped
i. Make sure to change the files type at the bottom right to All Files (*.*) to see the certificate file
j. Input the password : tmc and Next
k. Press on Next, Next and Finish to complete the installation
l. After
the certificate installation, right click on it, All Tasks / Manage Private
Keys…
m. Add
the user ‘Everyone’ with Full control
1. STPI Client installation in ‘Service’ mode
Run the STPIClient.exe and follow the steps below:

Before you continue,
make sure to install the licence file (Lic.txt) in the STPI folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Terminal Management Concepts\STPISecure\STPIClient\)
If you install the licence file after the install, you’ll need to restart the
StpiClient service
b. After the installation, we need to install the service. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Terminal Management Concepts\STPISecure\Install_As_Service\STPI InstallAsService
c. Select win32 if you have a 32 bits computer or win64 if 64 bits
d. Run
‘As Administrator’ the InstallSTPIClientService64.bat
(if win64) and InstallSTPIClientService32.bat
(if win32)
e. In the NSSM service installer window, browse the run.bat file under: (C:\Program Files (x86)\Terminal Management Concepts\STPISecure\STPIClient\run.bat)
f. When the installation is completed, run the file StartSTPIClientService64or StartSTPIClientService32
g. At this point, the StpiClient service should be running. You can verify using the Task Manager, under Services
