There are employees with opened sales shift occurs during end of day procedure from the Backoffice. 


 




 

EOD-A2 

Press OK on the error message and a report will open with all employees with opened shift. 

Open the POS, close all the employees 1 by 1 with their own code or you can use a manager code 

 

What to do: 

Open the POS 

Enter a manager code 

Functions 

Employees reading 

All the employees with opened shift will show up in green 



Press on the employee 

Press on Close sales (Z)
