EFT-A2 
The STP terminal is not able to fetch the tables list because of this communication error. 

 

Causes: 

Terminal is not connected to the Wifi 

Terminal as wrong STPI IP address 

STPI service not running or computer turned off or offline 

 

What to do: 

Make sure the wifi is enabled and connected in the Android setting of the terminal.  



In the secure table app, you can test the connection "Find STPI address" in the setting, this address is where the STPI service is running.  



Verify that the STPI service is running on the computer 

 

To open the services list, you can either type 'services.msc' in start menu or open the task manager and go under the Services tab
